“Les Clos” is in terms of surface area the biggest of the Chablis Grand Cru vineyards. Domaines Albert Bichot is privileged to own two vineyards here, with a total of almost 4 acres, which allows to blend grapes with two very different yet complementary profiles.
Colour: yellow with greenish tint.
Nose: floral aromas, almond and hazelnut notes.
Palate: full-bodied and structured with pleasing acidity that is not overpowering.
Food pairing: it may be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes. Classically, it can accompany seafood or fine white meats. Its characteristics are an equally good match for slightly spicy dishes.
Serving temperature: 11-13°C.
