Colour:rich ruby red with deep garnet.
Nose: Camarcanda is a rich Bolgheri Rosso Superiore with dark bouquet of black fruits, espresso, chocolate, liquorice and tar.
Palate: On the palate it is extremely full-bodied, with excellent depth, dense structure and firm body. Opulent and long, this wine already shows a wide range of its personality.
Food pairings: fine roast leg of lamb with rosemary, pot roast pheasant, roast squab with truffles or that most famous dish of all bistecca alla fiorentina, Tuscan-style steak, ideally sourced from the indigenous Chianina beef. Flavors blend perfectly with strong, mature flavors such as those in Parmesan or Pecorino cheese or aged cheese, enhancing the flavors and taste.
