Colour: light yellow.
Nose: refined, fresh aroma with notes of white fruit, touches of pineapple and citrus and a delicate lace of floral shades.
Palate: refreshing, quite intense, but at the same time elegant. Well-balanced acidity and a long finish with accents of citrus fruits and undertones of white flowers.
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif and goes well with fish dishes, salmon sauce, seafood and light vegetable salads.
Serving temperature: 6-8 oC.
