Palate: noble, powerful, well-balanced, harmonious taste with excellent structure, supported by bright but velvety tannins.
Food pairing: meat dishes, goat's milk cheeses, French and Italian dishes, truffles, as well as hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
