The winery is located in the town of Montagna Italy in the region of Alto Adige where the local culture reflects a unique combination of Germanic precision sensibility and Italian artisan flare. While the interesting designs and branding might suggest that KRIS Wine is a new brand, it was actually established in 1980. The production area where the grapes are sourced from is known as "Delle Venezie", which refers to the three Italian regions of Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the Veneto.
