The DOUBLE JUS is a kraft aperitif made with agricultural products from the limestone lands of La Marche (a coastal French department in Normandy). It is a subtle blend of Calvados and phenolic apple must rich in tannins. According to the centuries-old know-how of the Norman terroir, this double juice is assembled immediately after pressing, by successive pumping over. Aging in oak barrels gives it a spicy nose and sweet and complex aromas of baked apple.
The DOUBLE JUS can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or in cocktails.
