Nose: notes of grapefruit, green kiwi, apples, tart grapes, almond and slight yeasty pastry.
Palate: persistent fine bubble, and a creamy mousse.
Food pairing: white fish and chicken dishes. A good appetizer wine too.
Serving temperature: 8-10oС.
