This powerful red wine from Spain is vinified from the Tempranillo grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation is then carried out in small wood at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by ageing for 16 months in French oak barrique.
