Colour: intense cherry red.

Palate: elegant, very pleasant, lively, with excellent tannins, fresh acidity, complex balance, silky texture, notes of plum and cherry.
Food pairing: cheeses, game, grilled or fried red meat, roast pork, and Spanish ham.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
