Colour: pale yellow.
Nose: the aroma is fine, extremely clear, and reveals hints of juicy pear, fresh apple, a little lemon zest, ripe hazelnuts, a hint of elderflower and subtle nutmeg in the background.
Palate: nuances of yellow stonefruit, fine notes of exotic fruits and a gentle taste of candied lemon cesetas.
Food pairing: a marvellous aperitif that goes very well with fine fish dishes and seafood, but also with a “chicken à la crème”, asparagus with mousseline sauce, fresh goat’s cheese or young hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 6-8oC.
