Palate: ripe, generous, very elegant, with excellent freshness, excellent balance, quite strong and firm tannins, pure fruit notes and a long, silky finish with graphite nuances.
Food pairing: meat (red meat, poultry, game) and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16–18°С.
