Nose: clean, powerful, extremely complex nose. Fruits are omnipresent. The wine is very lively.
Palate: ripe fruits, such as mulberries and the fleshy part of ripe plums, astounds. The tannin is well-balanced and ripe and gives a rather unexpected harmony to the vintage.
Food pairing: pair well with game dishes, beef, rabbits, pork, and aged cheese.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
