Colour: deep purple.

Palate: full, generous, rich taste with a velvety texture, notes of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry compote, nuances of alder, bergamot, tea and iron, noticeable tannins and an almost endless aftertaste.
Food pairing: hard cheeses and red meat dishes.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
