Colour: brilliant dark red.
Nose: fleshy red fruits, such as black cherry and blackcurrant.
Palate: full and delicious, tinged with chocolate and morello cherry. At the end of the palate, notes of pepper and liquorice are revealed.
Food pairing: meat appetizers, grilled veal or juicy steak.
