Colour: deep ruby.
Nose: dark red fruits and a liquorice undercurrent.
Palate: lively notes of cherry liqueur and macerated plums wich are all bound together with firm, textural tannins.
Food pairing: rich fish, such as smoked salmon or seared tuna steaks.
Serving temperature: 16-18 oC.
