Palate: rich, lovely roundness, aromas of fresh apple supported by aromas of red fruits (crushed raspberry). A beautiful finish balanced between tannins and acidity which adds to the freshness.
Food pairing: roasted or cold white meat, cheeses and fruit tarts.
