Palate: fruity, juicy, well-balanced and subtly mineral, with hints of red cherry, crushed currants and sour raspberry candy, flowers and very subdued strawberry notes.
Food pairing: filet mignon, roast lamb with thyme and pie.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
