Colour: light greenish-yellow.

Palate: elegant, savory taste with notes of ripe white stone fruit, honey, lemon and oyster shells, a fresh structure, a smooth texture and an aromatic, long, mineral finish.
Food pairing: Mediterranean dishes such as bouillabaisse, grilled catfish or piccata alla Milanese. It also goes well with sushi, sashimi, baked shrimp, Austrian dishes, blue trout, summer salads with sheep or goat cheese or baked carp.
