Colour: bright yellow.
Nose: lime, honeysuckle, lime and white currant in the glass. It is joined by hints of forest floor, cream candy and yeast plait.
Palate: wonderfully light and crisp.Hints of orange and grapefruit.
Food pairing: Thai cucumber salad, omelet with salmon and fennel or cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
