Colour: intense ruby red.

Palate: rich taste with bright velvety tannins. The long aftertaste persistently preserves all the shades of the generous bouquet: ripe fruit, cocoa, vanilla and balsamic.
Food pairing: red meat, game and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
