Colour: golden, straw colored.
Nose: we can notice that it is very similar to quince, which is characteristic of a typical Khatun Kharji, and aromas of freshly cut grass and light-colored field flowers.
Palate: this wine has a very distinct light white honey, mineral, yellow fruits flavors, particularly yellow pear typical of Voskehat fruit, with light tartness and acidity.
Food pairing: great with light appetizers, cheese or roast poultry.
Serving temperature: 12-14 oC.
