Palate: bundles of caramel and a delicious toastiness right from the off. A real developed lushness and loads of ripe cooked apple notes. The great length that goes on and on and on, is rounded, smooth, open, and mellow.
Food pairing: pairs well with shellfish, crab, and lobster.
