Palate: full, dense, intense, precise, elegant, complex, sweetish, juicy, with magnificent soft tannins, repeating the aroma with fruity-berry tones and an aftertaste of excellent length, lasting several minutes.
Food pairing: pair well with game dishes, beef, rabbits, pork, and aged cheese.
