Colour: deep ruby.
Nose: the bright aroma of the wine is filled with tones of crushed stone, flowers, dark berries, cherries and pencil shavings.
Palate: concentrated, clean, elegant, juicy, lively and bright, with a firm core of notes of fresh ripe fruits and berries (black cherries, currants), hints of tobacco and cedar, fresh acidity, powdery tannins and a slightly chalky finish.
Food pairing: grilled meat, game (venison, partridge), poultry, lamb, hard cheeses, as well as haute cuisine.
