Palate: well-structured attack, powerful tannins, ample on the palate with a long final. Finish on little red fruits aromas and liquorice notes.
Food pairing: ideal with games, meats in sauce, boletus duck, lamb, woodcock, roasted ostrich, cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
