Colour: pale and brilliant, yellow robe, crystalline, with green highlights.
Nose: dry, fine and lively fruity notes a nice citrus finish at the end.
Palate: the grapes are harvested when just ripe for maximum aroma.
Food pairing: fish, shellfish, seafood, basil dish, pesto pasta, goat cheese and as an aperitif.
