Palate: the flavours unveil themselves gradually one after the other. On the palate, the wine is well balanced between sweetness and freshness. It is an excellent rich flavoured wine.
Food pairing: such a wine is the ideal accompaniment to an aperitif, with saffron cheese pastries, and also with a foie-gras based starter, white meat and poultry roasted with candied lemon, sweetbreads with wild mushrooms, roquefort cheese and tropical fruit desserts or a yellow peach tart.
Serving temperature: 8-10 oC.
