Colour: deep purple.
Nose: it has a very rich and pure nose of blackcurrant, forest fruits and strawberry.
Palate: the mouth is fleshy and flavoursome. It is built on silky tannins as well as a beautiful freshness which enhances its length in the mouth.
Food pairing: wine will sublimate all red meats, grilled or with sauce, games and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18 oC.
