Colour: dark ruby-red.
Nose: notes of clove and licorice then reveal, after aeration, pretty floral notes (rose petals, potpourri).
Palate: dense with a beautiful fruity texture (black grained fruits) and spicy. On the finish, the tannins are ripe, fresh and crisp.
Food pairing: red meat, cheese, game dishes.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
