Colour: golden colour.
Nose: reminiscent of an orchard and consists of notes of cantaloupe, candied citrus, peach, pear, surrounded by hints of white flowers, smoke, vanilla and minerals.
Palate: the creamy palate is shaped by tight green apple, crunchy pear, ripe red apple, and light meringue.
Food pairing: caviar, lobster, oysters, foie gras. As for main courses, it goes perfectly with lamb.
