Nose: intense and persistent, a spicy aroma with hints of chocolatebut never to dominate over its copious fruit.
Palate: good structure, good tannins and well-balanced.
Food pairing: good with starters of cold cuts. Delicious also with beef Stroganoff with mushrooms or eggplants.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
