Nose: very expressive nose, good intensity. Markedly fruity (white and tropical fruit) and some floral touches (orange blossom).
Palate: homogeneous, long on the palate, fresh, with volume and good acidity. Fruity finish.
Food pairing: pasta with basil, bechamel sauce, cheese. Enjoy it with seafood, white fish and white meats, such as chicken wings.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
