Palate: complex aroma that is both fruity and floral, with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, as well as hints of violet.
Food pairing: pairs well with grilled meats, especially game meats such as venison or duck. It also makes a great complement to rich, flavorful cheeses such as brie or camembert.
