Colour: golden yellow, dense, green reflections.
Nose: citrus, white-fleshed fruit, pear, and beautiful floral nuances (hawthorn). The whole is enhanced by a reductive side with very beautiful vegetal notes (polypody, anise, etc.) which bring elegance and freshness.
Palate: generous, ample and supported by great mineral tension. The finish is marked by very great aromatic persistence.
Food pairing: the wine will perfectly open up in combination with fish dishes and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
