Palate: the attack is fresh and balanced with white-fleshed fruit aromas and slightly acid. This wine presents a fruity finale which is rather persistent.
Food pairing: a wonderful accompaniment to full-flavoured white meats such as pork, veal, turkey; seafood and fish dishes, soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
