Colour: transparent.
Nose: the first nose is finely spicy then evolves towards more floral and exotic notes, between chamomile and mango.
Palate: on the palate, it is a film with aromatic images that unfold, with flexibility and tension. Citrus with spices reminiscent of lemon thyme, verbena and the sevinous character of juniper. Finally the bitterness brings depth and dies with herbaceous notes.
Food pairing: gin can be consumed neat with ice, in combination with tonic, or as part of cocktails.
Serving temperature: 4-8oC.
