Colour: light straw.
Nose: tones of dry biscuit, dark chocolate, roasted yellow figs, cinnamon and almonds.
Palate: rich, well-structured, perfectly balanced, silky, with bright acidity, fresh minerality, notes of lime zest, grapefruit and apple.
Food pairing: ideal with soft cheeses, white meat dishes, especially veal chop and saddle of young rabbit with vegetables.
Serving temperature: 8-10oC.
