Colour: deep garnet-purple.

Palate: beautifully balanced, the smooth round tannins and fresh acidity combine to create a soft, creamy mouthfeel and extend the flavors into a long persistent finish.
Food pairing: pair well with beef, rabbits, pork, and cheese.
