Colour: dark ruby.
Nose: black fruits like blackberries, prunes, followed by delicate mint and peppery spices. Floral notes as rose and violets open up in the glass.
Palate: complex and deep, balanced acidity, firm structure with ripe present tannins and full body on the palate.
Food pairing: excellent on its own but can accompany a variety of complex dishes with meats.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
