Colour: lemon yellow.
Nose: provence herbs, lemon zest and green flower notes on the nose. Apricot stones, peaches, and melons follow the first bouquet.
Palate: good balance of acidity, medium body and soft texture. Similar to nose fruit profile on the palate, followed by yeasty and baked pastry notes in the aftertaste.
Food pairing: easy drinking on its own, but can also accompany simple dishes like salads, mild cheese plate, trout dishes and chicken.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
