Colour: ruby colour but not very dark.
Nose: as an aromatic red wine, lifted perfume, cherry blossom and ripe red raspberries on the nose are the hallmarks of Marlborough Pinot Noir.
Palate: the red fruit flavours are complemented by baking spices like cardamom and cinnamon. The Pinot Noir grape has naturally thin skins contributing the soft rounded tannins and translucent ruby red colour.
Food pairing: enjoy with red meats, smoked salmon or mature cheddar cheese.
Serving temperature: 10ºC.
