Colour: yellow to brownish.
Nose: hints of apricot jam, tropical fruit, honey and caramel.
Palate: very smooth wine on the palate. Well balanced finish between the sweetness and the freshness left by the acidity.
Food pairing: excellent as a digestif, with smoked ham, cheese and dessert.
Serving temperature: 12-14oC.
