Palate: the flavours unveil themselves gradually one after the other. On the palate, the wine is well balanced between sweetness and freshness. It is an excellent rich flavoured wine.
Food pairing: excellent aperitif and digestif, goes well with foie gras, desserts, and blue cheeses.
