Colour: deep red.
Nose: complex notes of cassis and red fruits, combined with mineral and graphite notes, wet stone evolving into notes of violet and tobacco.
Palate: medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and marked tension on the palate, the wine presents a very clear verticality, where the tannins integrate very elegantly and in perfect harmony with the intensity of the fruit. The finish is long and persistent.
Food pairing: duck and beef, grilled ground game.
Serving temperature: 14-16oC.
