Palate: deep and complex, dense, compact, combining fine tannins and crisp acidity, notes of marzipan, caramel, juicy peach, cloves and dark chocolate.
Food pairing: ideal wine for meditation, so it is drunk neat, without food.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
