Colour: sustained and brilliant yellow.
Nose: from a very discreet, slightly fruity nose, it evolves on (very discreet) notes of pear and peach.
Palate: a nice roundness in the mouth. Pear and peach / apricot notes are much more expressive on the palate than on the nose.
Food pairing: to be enjoyed with fish, cold meats, poultry or even country terrine.
