This crémant comes from plots of chardonnay and riesling sheltered by the highest peaks of the Vosges mountains in the Rouffach region of Alsace. The terroir receives an exceptional amount of sunshine. The must has its first fermentation in 228 litre barrels. The wine is aged for two and half years on laths, which gives this crémant its complexity in its aromas and volume in the mouth.
Colour: yellow-gold color with very fine bubbles.
Nose: there are some aromas of citruses and peach.
Palate: this Crémant is rich and complexe. Its body gives a good presence in mouth.
