Palate: it is an enveloping wine, tasty, balanced, with finesse and pleasant maturity. End of mouth with memories of ripe fruit.
Food pairing: roasted vegetables and meats, carpaccio, fabada, Iberian ham.
Serving temperature: 15-16ºC.
