Palate: velvety, surprisingly rich, refined, with the sweetness of nectar and nuances of spices. Long and very pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing: used as an aperitif and digestif; it also goes well with desserts, cookies, ice cream and blue cheeses.
Serving temperature: 13-15oC.
