Colour: straw yellow.
Nose: fresh citrus notes that dominate the bouquet. The secondary roles are played by shades of ripe peach, quince and lemon balm.
Palate: light, but at the same time persistent and long lasting. Incredible liveliness and pronounced minerality emphasize its fresh character.
Food pairing: fish dishes, seafood and shellfish.
