Colour: ruby red.
Nose: very intense, dominating the red fresh fruit (cherry, plum, blackberry, cranberry), melted with the toasted, spice and sweet notes of the wood. Also dry fruits, with a back of cocoa and balsamic tones.
Palate: fresh, fragrant, appearing at once fleshy and softly tannic. His final ending is silky, greasy. We recover the toasty, chocolate, strawberry red, the elegance of the mineral.
Food pairing: delicious with red meat, grills and roasts, game, mature and blue cheeses. Great with: strip sirloin.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
